Have you ever wanted to integrate your AdSense account with Google Analytics? Well, consider the opportunity to do so all yours. After testing the idea for quite some time, Google’s finally opened the option to every single publisher.
The first thing to look for after you accomplish the combination is probably the Top AdSense Content report. As explained by a post on the Inside AdSense blog, it “allows you to see more details about specific pages on your site and analyze ad performance. For instance, if you find that some of your pages generate a high number of pageviews but aren’t monetizing as well as other pages, you can focus your optimization efforts on improving these pages.”
Next, check out the Top AdSense Referrers report, which should “help you see how different incoming traffic sources contribute to your revenue.” And don’t forget the AdSense Trending report, which is capable of letting you “analyze how your site generates revenue during different times of the day and different days of the week.”
If all of this still sounds a little strange and/or indecipherable, don’t worry – Google’s prepared a video that should explain everything.
